I'm very disappointed with my experience with Branding Agency. They are difficult to work with and if you are on the East coast, you're really screwed. The time change makes it difficult. I asked for a logo to be created, and essentially I created it, which I could've done at home. Jerry was my case worker and her spoke over me, he was pushy, he gave no creative input, I DID ALL the revisions. Jerry and the experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. Never once was I offered a refund, which they guarantee !
