This review is about Bandline itself. We had to submit a return for the raised garden bed because since we started a big project in our backyard there’s just no space for the product we purchased from them. Nowhere on their product page does it say that if you need to return something you have to pay for shipping. The box we’re returning is over 80lbs so the shipping cost would be very expensive. I called Amazon and asked for a prepaid label and they said that since Brandline is a third party vendor they would have to email them directly and they would be in touch with me. Long story short, Brandline is refusing to send me a prepaid label and wants me to figure it out by maybe selling the item to a neighbor when I had already explained the situation to them. I’ve been an Amazon Prime customer for many years and have never encountered such a difficult process for a simple return. I will be calling Amazon again today to try to escalate this issue.
