I ordered 24x330ml bottles of Paulaner Weisbier after having tried it over in Germany. My deliver was dispatched the next day by Parcel Force but, it seemed to had been delayed for unknown reasons, I was starting to get a little concerned after a few days and was about to contact Brandshop when I received a second email with my order being shipped again with DPD and this time it arrived the next day. Perfectly satisfied as delays can happen but when opening my package there was a handwritten note to me explaining the reason for the initial delay was about and as compensation for the wait I received 500ml bottles of the drinks + 4 extra bottles of similar brands to try out! I have to say such this is some outstanding customer service that you wouldn't see from other online retailers, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I will definitely be buying from this store again.
