The two bras I ordered were not what I had expected, so I returned them both. And that is fine. Sometimes you cannot tell what you are ordering online. However I am a little disappointed in the return process. My return was received on June 11 but I have yet to receive the refund and I have reached out to the support team and not heard anything back. Also, in this day and age of ordering everything online, it seems that one should not have to pay for the return shipping.
