I was guaranteed to be seen within 90 minutes when I booked. After being called to confirm someone was on their way I then received two more calls saying that the breakdown company was too far away and they wouldnt be coming till they had been paid more money. Meanwhile I'd informed the garage we would get there before they closed. I rang back two more times to find out what was going on and no-one from the head office called me back when they said they would. Needless to say it was 120 minutes before someone came and the garage was then closed. Meaning I've had to take the morning off work to go and collect the courtesy car. The breakdown gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable.
