Woman on switch sent first pick up to wrong place despite me ringing to say we were not at the location that was emailed we waited over 90minutes we rang to find out where the truck was to be told it had been cancelled and that they had tried to contact us which was unsuccessful dye to the fact that mobile coverage was poor. So we had to re-register and wait for up to another truck again we waited over 90 minutes for a truck to come from Preston we were on the M56 so God knows why a truck was sent from Preston. The first call was made at 16.31 we were picked up at 20.40 informed the switch there were 2 adults and 2 dogs the can on the truck was not big enough for all of us so we had to put the dogs in the car on the truck. Not ideal. The lad that picked us up though was very professional and pleasant but the truck had brake warning lights on and a big crack in the windscreen. A dreadful experience stressful and for my partner painful as I explained to the switch he was 10 days post op.
