A recent order came and it was the incorrect juice. Not long after I emailed them I received a reply giving me instructions on how to fix it. A few days later I received the replacement and that too was the wrong flavor, andfor that order I received the same quick reply. In the end I received my order and when I asked how I should return the incorrect order I was told to keep them since it was their mistake. What made me happy wasn't the "free" stuff. It was the communication between the rep and me, Grant. Grant was empathetic to my situation and stayed on top of things throughout. I've never met him or anyone from Breazy before but my experience with them feels as if they are a local business around the corner. I value customer service more than anything. Their prices are amazing, but what good are great prices if you can't have someone help you when things aren't going well with the experience
