I placed an order for 4 items on 10/7. Today is 10/18 and i still have not recieved my item. I sent 2 emails, days apart, and was told that my items were delayed because one of the items w purchased from an outside vendor. This happens. I understand that.
After the 2nd email, I was sent an email that "some" of my items had shipped. That was 10/16. My package is still in pre shipment.
Each time I emailed I spoke to Kharon, who was very nice and very apologetic, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. But really. It's been 11 days, and 2/4 items are in pre shipment (and have been for 3 days), and the other two are still being "processed". After. Eleven. Days.
This is my first time ordering with this company, and I think it will be my last, because I'm not impressed.
