#1. They always overcharge you as compared to other Volvo dealerships. Sometimes up to 80% more.
#2. They charge you for things that you never asked for.
#3. They have a new payment policy. If you don’t pay by cash or check and choose to use your credit card, you won’t find out till you give them your credit card that they add a 3% charge to the bill. No where is it posted till it’s too late.
#4. They never return your phone calls. Nor do they call you when they say they would.
#5. They don’t have enough qualified and certified mechanics. Per Richard.
#6. Try to make arrangements for a loaner. I’m told they only have ONE available at all times and can not tell you when it will be available.
I’m surprised they are still in business.
7. Try to buy a Volvo. There are none on the lot, to look at or test drive.
This has been my experience. I have documented proof of over paying etc.
