My recent experiences with car servicing were subpar. I had to bring my car in twice within as many weeks due to recurrent problems with the engine light coming on despite servicing. A loaner car was unavailable the 1st time I brought in my car. The 2nd time I took my car in (for the same problem), the loaner vehicle trunk/latch was not working and the loaner car had a musty, unpleasant odor.
