you were nice enough to send me a $5 coupon, and an email saying I had some frequent buyer credits of about 2$ approx...then I could not get the subsequent order to use both of them. So I am truly thinking this is not acceptable, and just another way to send out discounts. I am very disappointed that I could not use them together and feel unfair. I just have to be honest about it Your mailing is quick, I must say that.
