The worst agency ever. All the staff are trained to lie to you. They never fix anything or get in touch the landlords as promised. Found out after contacting our landlord that they have not paid our rent for 6 months even though we have been paying. This is why they will not contact the landlord for repairs because they are currently avoiding the landlord. Every week we have a new property manager. I have seen on other sites they are taking people's deposits out of the scheme early to pay staff.
