The fact that briggs & mortimer already had registered customers seeking to buy a property like ours was a fantastic bonus. The two bedroom flat situated in the middle of Royston never had to be advertised and was sold in effect 72 hours after becoming vacant. We dealt mainly with Ammie the MD but were always well looked after by other members of his team when required. The whole process from an estate agency perspective was a very positive experience.
