After we put the wine fridge on order, it was delayed due to supply chain issues for a matter of months. Once it arrived I had to remind the company to get it processed at eye end of June. It was supposed to be delivered no later than July 13. As of yesterday, 7/21 it was finally delivered after NUMEROUS unresponsive calls to status the delivery. Brightest Home should ensure customer satisfaction through delivery.
