Bright side is good. Therapy portion extremely helpful. Therapist I was matched with is very good and supportive. Response time minimum. Psychiatric support leaves something to be desired. Side effects on first three rounds of medication even though there were some helpful effects. Psychiatrist seems to have issues with response time, but this is to be expected and is common in the field. However, his knowledge is vast and I feel confident in his prescriptions and advice. I would and have recommended bright side to many people.
