They are so bad it's beyond belief ,they look for any way possible to cancel your insurance to charge a cancellation fee and then they move on to the next victim I can't believe that they are inspected by the financial insurance authorities obviously the authorities are letting consumers down Reminds me of the sustainable fishing symbol on cans of tuna that companies can easily get with out properly being checked it's just a loop hole for them I hear they are being investigated I hope so as I don't want anyone else to be there victims You can't contact them either I tried ,there email doesn't work and no one would talk to me and the live chat keeps failing make it like this so you can't ammend or give info to them it's all part of there scam don't believe me try for your self's
