Ordered a rattan furniture set back in April and was provided a delivery estimate of June. We are now in August and I have still not received my order. I have reached out numerous times and have been told to wait "until end of June", then "sometime in July", then "end of July". By end of July I was quote 10-14 days, then a week later 10-14 business days. Absolute shocking company with I believe no desire to fulfil orders. I have requested a refund on a number of occasions also, all of which have been ignored. I will now chase this with Trading Standards and look to put a claim in with my credit card company.
