I called to switch to them and even though I explained my previous issues with other companies and about my medical conditions and if they would be a good company for me they said that they are and because of my disability I will get extra help and support and they would keep me updated with any issues with my account and call me none of this happened so even though when I called them they said that there was no issues and I did not have to read the meters as I am on the priority list and so I thought everything was ok I have now found out I have not had a direct debit review for months so I am now in huge debt so if you decide to switch do not switch to Bristol energy
