The process was seamless. Everything happened as and when it was meant to, which was much appreciated - no waiting around for folk who were late or didn't turn up!!
Measuring up (which included helpful advice) was swiftly followed by the quotation and once this was accepted a date for fitting was agreed. Fitters arrived to time, did a brilliant job with no mess and no fuss.
Everyone involved - Consultant and fitters - was courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely use Classic Carpets again and recommend them to others.
