Classic carpets were very in tune with my requirements with an excellent customer service policy. I was able to decide on underlay after consulting with the carpet fitter on the day of fitting. After which I decided to have new underlay which I then paid for later. The fitter was professional, curtious and respectful of my property. I also had work commitments resulting in myself cancelling my carpet fitting the same day, but was able to re-arrange with no problem or debate.
