I had an issue with stuttering when pulling away or starting from a stop position uphill. My Tuscon has done under 18000
miles and is just over two years old so we’ll in warranty.
I took it in and two days later was told they had done a diagnostics and experienced the problem so would need get to the clutch as they thought that was it.
I heard nothing so on the 8th day of my vehicle being there I phoned. They said nothing had been done yet as short staffed. I did not receive a simple one minute call to let me know. I needed my car so I collected it. I took it back in and the manager said it will be done ASAP because of the last error. It is TEN DAYS today I nothing from them so I phoned and was told diagnostics have not found an issue with your car. Remember originally they said they found the issue.
I have never received such incredibly poor service and dismal communication in my life and I am 52. How can a business operate like this? Choose carefully when buying or servicing your treasured car and don’t accept shabby service.
