Last evening my wife & I found ourselves stranded on the top floor of a multi storey car part (Royal Priors, Leamington Spa), at closing time , with a flat battery. One call to Brittania resulted in a wonderful engineer appearing just as the shutters were going down, with all necessary equipment in his hand as the roof clearance was insufficient for him to drive up 4 levels. Minutes later we were on our way, with your man following us for a few miles to ensure we were OK Please convey our grateful thanks to your man in L.Spa. He deserves a rise!
