I am only presenting facts here, to keep my review as unbiased as possible. 1) Ordered curtain on 9 Feb. Got confirmation email. 2) Emailed them on 3 Mar as I have not got an update on the delivery date. 3) Received response the same day, given a delivery date of 10 Mar. 4) Still haven't received it on 16 March, so emailed again. 5) Received an updated delivery date of 26 April today, 17 March. 6) Requested full refund. 7) Refund denied. “ We do offer a 48 hour cooling off period after you place your order but once that is gone we can no longer offer refunds” Judge for yourselves. Oh yeah another fact for you - only 4-5* reviews on their website. I wonder if they will post this review?
