Similar story to everyone else. Placed an order to the value of over £1,000 in December 2020 and at 15 April no sign of the curtains. Avoid this firm, do not believe reviews on their own website and trust the reviews here. I have told Britannia Rose that I will take legal action against them if no curtains have arrived by end April and will most certainly follow up my treat.
