I didn't receive half my order from Britannia Rose. After several emails with the customer service (theres no phone number), they said they'd investigate and then promptly ignored all my emails. It's been three months waiting for my expensive cushion covers. I now have to try and recover the money from my credit card. I'm appalled at their customer service, and feel i have been a victim of a scam.
