Let’s start with no phone customer service, 0, no one answers the phone, the lines to check in can take up to an hour or more, with all covid related issues the staff in Miami was very unwilling to assist, treating customers as if they were cattle, except for Petra, she was very helpful after all failed to provide customer service.
