very disappointed. placed an order before Xmas and despite chasing it up have STILL not received it. Was assured that a replacement order would be sent and despite chasing that one up have NOT received that one either. Please ignore above. Order was sent, unfortunately the person who tried to deliver it didn't leave notification that the order was taken to the local post office for me to collect. Therefore it was in no way the fault of the company. I'm assuming it was the Postman/woman who came to deliver it and as all previous deliveries via the Post Office have had a notification left for me I am also assuming that the person was inexperienced.
