Fraud alert! They pulled a bait and switch on me, giving me an email address to send a payment through Zelle, then telling me that they never received the money. I sent them the Zelle confirmation number and they still claimed they couldn’t “find” the money. Then they have the balls to tell me that the email THEY GAVE ME TO USE TO TRANSFER THE MONEY ON ZELLE was blocked by Zelle and no longer being used???? WTF? My bank confirmed that the 238.00 was deposited to British Dragons account, and they gave me not only a confirmation number but a special number that confirms a deposit into a bank account. Not good enough for British Dragon. They continue to deny that they ever received the money. So I’m out 238.00.
