Cabins not prepared for overnight crossing— had to wait 20 minutes in a confined space. Smelly bathroom. Cabin on the same level as car deck but had to climb up then cross over and down again! AN EXTREMELY RUDE MEMBER OF STAFF AT RECEPTION!
Have travelled with Brittany Ferries several times before but their standards have unfortunately spiralled down.
