The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 items for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. It was 2 day shipping guaranteed arrival before Christmas and it’s been over two weeks now and I still haven’t received my items. After countless emails reaching out I finally get a response with little to no remorse offering a refund for my items??? I denied of course but waited another week for a response only to get a refund and an email saying that the items out of stock somehow?? So frustrating!! I spent over 2 weeks checking on a status just for it to get refunded. They offered a 20% off code for a future purchase which was nice but I’m never going to use that and purchase another item from them.
