This company is the biggest mess! I ordered $400 worth of clothing for my husband and did get it in time for Xmas. This was the only positive. My husband wears the shirt for 1 hour and a button falls off. Not a big deal, I just need an exchange. I contacted the business starting on 12/26/21. After 7...yes 7 times reaching out in every possible way....NOTHING. I got one response in mid-February and was instructed to give them info that they should have on file (ie. order #, shipping address, phone number, receipt, how i ordered it, etc. etc.) only to be ghosted. I reached out 2 more times until I was resonded to today. It's literally March 2nd and almost spring, my husband has not been able to wear his gift for over 2+ months! I was told that the shirt was sold out......except it wasn't. I emailed again with no response about it being in stock. I went ahead and ordered the damn thing myself and requested a refund. No email response, but I did get a notice that my refund was accepted. What in the actual F is going on? How do I know more than they do about their own inventory? Also, my refund was under the term OUT OF STOCK....which it wansn't, and they didnt even send a postage for return . So, they refunded me without getting the item back, and I ordered another one. Makes sense for a company, you get to keep the return? ..... not really. I will never order from them ever again.
