Mail carriers switched halfway through the shipping of my sweater, from UPS to USPS. The new shipping label put on was one that was never included in the order—it went to a completely different city than what was listed as the recipient address, with no number address included so I couldn't even travel there and pick it up. USPS confirmed that it was Brixton that made a new, incorrect shipping label. I have emailed and called Brixton, left voicemails and everything. No response. I spent $60 (sale price + expedited shipping) for absolutely nothing.
