I ordered a HDD which was a great price, I selecetd the exact delivery option I wanted, next day using a courier I knew would leave my parcel in a secure location so that I did not need to be at home with tracking ref.
The item was shipped but no tracking ref. When I contacted the customer service I was informed it had been shipped via a different courier. I explained my reasoning for picking the one but all I was told was, it would have caused a days delay. I questioned why my option was aviavle but they had no answer. I was given an hour's time slot so was basically given no option but arrange for someone to house sit. The courier was then 20 minutes later than the hour.
If they had used the correct courier then they would have gotten 5 starts but as they charge for one option then use whatever they want then they get 3, I am now arguing trying to get a refund for the incorrect delivery charge.
