On the whole, an excellent service, with few problems. My only quibble is that we were told at the time of service introduction that, unlike satellite broadband, trees do not impede the signal. An engineer told us last summer, when the signal became intermittent for a week or so, that trees between here and Monyquil were disrupting the signal !
