Terrible! I ordered a crate for over $100 and the delivery team that they use (OnTrac) delivers to odd addresses not associated with the order. They send you a picture of a box in a random place and say "delivered". Then when you call Brocrates and say that the crate wasn't delivered they say, "well it was delivered" not our problem, take it up with OnTrac. Ontrac does nothing and I am left with nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
