This company is awful. My daughter sent me a Father's Day gift with a set of 4 Beer glasses and an assortment of 6 craft beers. 2 of the 4 glasses were broken in pieces (from poor packing) and 1 of the cans was damaged at the top and shouldn't and won't be consumed. After sending 5 separate emails where I was asked for additional pictures, including a video I sent and order numbers (because they are incapable or unwilling to lookup the order), they said it was too expensive for "THEM" to replace the items. First off, they could have said that upfront, and secondly that's not how a reputable, ethical. company operates. They are so terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
