I ordered a black label crate for a relative to be delivered on his birthday. A couple days after placing the order I was informed that it will be delivered two days later. When the recipient received the gift, I found out the gift set was completely different than what I had selected. Upon speaking with customer service, there is a substitution statement that you agree to when you place an order. There was no communication made with me that there will be a substitution as what I selected is out of stock. I wish I knew sooner because this relative now has a gift that I didn’t select nor do they like the liquor selection that was sent. I thought this was a cool concept but now I won’t be ordering from here again because there is no guarantee that what you select is what the recipient will receive.
