My experience with Brownscale has been a disaster from start to finish. I invested $6,200, and now I can’t even get a response to my emails. Their customer service is a joke. I feel completely scammed and don’t know where to turn. Every time I think I’m making progress, they throw another obstacle in my way. I’m so tired and frustrated. This has been the worst experience ever.
