Dyffernt Inc. needs to try & improve on refunding the customers purchased refund in at least 2-3 business days, if not sooner. The (14) day period is too long to have the customer to wait to get their refund back. There is a company that refunds the customers money back as soon as they receive it or know it’s on its way!
