My BRUSH, which I had for less than a year, was losing its bristles. I wasn't able to grasp my hair to style it. I emailed the company, sent them photos and they immediately sent me a new device. At no charge. I was very impressed by their customer service. I love the BRUSH-my hair has never looked better. Thank you.
