My wife purchased one about two years ago and some bristles broke off and others fell out. She really liked the BRUSH, it did what she expected it to do. BUT, for the price one would expect to get more than 2 years service out of this product. She has enjoyed it. But she was not going to spend that much on another one. So, I purchased her the second one recently for Christmas. But, if this one does not last as long as I think a $150 BRUSH should last there will be no more BRUSHES for this household. Just to reiterate; the BRUSH works just as the company said it would and my wife has been very with it's performance but, disatisfied with it's longivity. Thax, Harold and Pearlie
