The brush is beyond beyond amazing. The time it took to get here was not reat at all. But, I did pay for expedite delivery and it took forever. Wkth that said...the company refunded me that money which is completely good business etics in my book. And the fact that the brush is a game changer for me...that is awesome. So thank you for making my fine frizzy mop into a thing of beauty. Highly recommend the product!
