I was excited to receive my brush but was disappointed to find that according to the first emai video I did not receive the travel bag as promised and could not participate. I tried emailing but I never got any response. I followed the email videos for one week. Each day I was told to sign up on FB, participate and post photos. I did sign up on the link to the group but everyday my membership was pending and I finally gave up!.... Brush seems to work ok so far for me. It would have been fun to participate and get what was promised but I feel this was just a gimmick to get you to purchase the item and keep you interested with no way of even contacting you or get a response.
