This ruck is amazing! I keep telling everyone I can feel the weight but not the ruck. The steel shot bags sit securely in their pouches. The ruck is well made, sits tight and is super comfortable. I typically run 3 to 8 miles at a time with the ruck at 10 to 20 lbs. I also do a lot of stair climbs, 600 to 1,000 at a time at 25 lbs. This ruck has not let me down. I'm looking forward to really putting it to the test in a few months when I participate is a 220 mile relay ruck race. Made in the USA!
