Please contact your bank if you have received a defective product like I did. I purchased the army bomb that was fake, didn't work and was scratched up. My bank filed a report on my behalf asking for a full refund of the product and I got all of my money back. Do NOT let them get away with this. When I contacted BTS Mania Shop now Kpop Mania Shop about the defective product they said they would send me a new one. When I said I didn't want a new one because you're just going to send me another defective and fake one they said it was too late that they already sent it. That was a lie! Then when I told them that I would be contacting my bank they said they could give me a store credit which was a 1/3 of what I paid and then offered me a partial refund again a 1/3 of what I paid. I'm sure the reason they changed their name is because of all the complaints they've received. So please do not be a fool like me. Buy their merchandise from weverse.
