Most of my items arrived in good condition and were greatly appreciated as gifts but unfortunately one shower gel had leaked. I understand that this happens but when I contacted bubble t through two different methods, I didn't receive a reply to either. I feel like even if they had said they couldn't do anything about the product, they could at least reply as a courtesy.
