I am happy with the products that I actually received, but my order was missing an item which you are currently in the process of refunding, which is great, although I wouldn’t have been receiving the refund if I hadn’t rang you. It also states on your website that it takes 1-3 working days for delivery, however mine took a lot longer than this (8 days to process the order and a further 7 days to actually receive it).
