I received a lotion I really loved in an ipsy box. So I had tried to purchase some through your wesite. I NEVER received them. I tried to reach out multiple time to get a refund, locate my order, and get a status on my order. NO RESPONSE.
It is ashame, because I really liked your products and I wanted to get more.
