Awful!
I ordered for a secret Santa a week prior, delivery stated 1-3 days.
However 2 weeks passed still no sign of my parcel.
I wrote to customer service who told me it would take only a couple of days yet still no sign or tracking info.
Wouldn't recommend shopping here.
