A great service! Well organised website, good information, great communication. I like the story and branding. My only issues are with the pearls provided ... They come with a lot of extra powder caked to the pearls and when cooked the pearls often stick together in globs that are hard to pull part when cooking. I have bought other pearls before and that hasn't been the case. It's not a huge deal, and it's been the case with my first bag of pearls, I will see how I go with my other bags of pearls and if that is consistent. I bought 3 different kind of tea in my first purchase and they have all been good, though the Thai Tea isn't quite as creamy and silky as when bought in the shop ... I think it's because they used condensed milk rather than powdered creamer, which I can try using at home. Overall, very happy!
